Shipping Policy

You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive in your shipment notification email, logging into your account, or by the Shop App.

Shipping for LittleTikes.com is only available for the United States and at this time excludes US Territories and APO/FPO.  If you are trying to ship to a US territory or PO Box, the order will not be able to be processed.

For US orders: Order Subtotals over $50 qualify for Free Standard Shipping* **

*Excludes oversize, overweight items and bulk orders. Orders with these items will receive a $10 shipping credit on ground delivery as part of our shipping promotion instead of Free Standard Shipping.  This will be noted in checkout.

Items and orders that need to ship by Truck do not qualify for Free Standard Shipping or the $10 shipping credit.  

**Free Standard Shipping is currently only available to the 48 US States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, you must select the Free Shipping option during checkout; Selecting other shipping methods will incur additional charges. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for orders qualifying for free shipping. Carriers that may be used include UPS Mail Innovations, UPS SurePost, and UPS Ground.

Items on promotion will use the discounted price to calculate towards the $50 order subtotal.

Shipping options are displayed at checkout.  Shipping rates and delivery times vary by shipping option. 

 

For US orders:

Free Shipping – Order will be delivered in approx 7-10 Business Days

UPS Mail Innovations – Order will be delivered in approx 7-10 Business Days

FedEx Ground Economy or UPS SurePost - Order will be delivered in approx 7-10 Business Days

FedEx or UPS Ground – Order will be delivered in approx 3-5 Business Days

Truck Shipment - Orders require a delivery appointment and typically take 10-14 business days for delivery.
